Honda Motor Co., Ltd. is set to launch a battery sharing service verification test in Malmö, Sweden, in February 2025, in collaboration with GoCimo. This initiative aims to assess the viability of battery sharing for electric motorcycles and evaluate new battery exchange stations over a one-year period.
The test will utilize Honda’s Mobile Power Pack e: batteries and EM1 e: electric scooters at three designated locations. With this project, Honda seeks to expand its electrification efforts across Europe while addressing urban transportation challenges.
